Either party without notice may terminate this Agreement at any time
for any reason. The provisions of paragraphs 1 (Terms of Use), 2 (Indemnification)
and 7 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
Cartier Kitchens Inc. may modify or discontinue this site with or without
notice to you and without liability to you or any third party.
4. Confidentiality
of Information
Although Cartier Kitchens Inc. will use all reasonably efforts, to safeguard
the confidentiality of any information it may collect or which may
be available on the Site relating to your order,Cartier Kitchens Inc.
will have no liability for disclosure of any such information obtained
due to errors in transmission, lapses in online security or unauthorized
or improper use of such information by a third party.
5. User Name and
Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user
name and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your membership,

Inc. (“Cartier Kitchens Inc.’s Intellectual Property”).
All other unregistered and registered trademarks are the property of
their respective owners. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed
as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or
right to use any of Cartier Kitchens Inc.’s Intellectual Property
displayed on the Site without the written permission of Cartier Kitchens

Miscellaneous
You agree that any legal action or
proceeding between Cartier Kitchens Inc. and you for any purpose concerning
this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought
exclusively in a federal or provincial court of competent jurisdiction
sitting in Ontario. Any cause of action or claim you may have with
respect to Cartier Kitchens Inc. must be commenced within one (1) year
after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action
is barred. Cartier Kitchens Inc.’s failure to insist upon or enforce
strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be
construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course
of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify
any provision of this Agreement. Cartier Kitchens Inc. may assign its
rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without
notice to you.
